I received one product more than I ordered. Do I have to send it back?

Of course you can keep the excess product. We regularly give regular customers and larger orders new products to try for free.

I lost my Password. How can i Login?

Lost your password? Please go to our Lost Password Page, enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

I ordered the wrong Size or have entered my address incorrectly. What can i do?

Please write directly to our customer support, they will adjust your not yet shipped order to your needs as soon as possible.

Are the products original?

Deluxerep does not offer original Sneakers. The Products on our website are the best highquality replicas you can find on the market.

 
Which Size fits me better?

We always assume that the “Air Force 1” is our standard size. So the size you have on the Air Force 1 should fit you 99%.By the way, with many of our products you will find a size chart. Here is a guide on how to measure your feet. So you can compare with our size charts which shoe size fits you best

  1. Measure in the evening, when the foot is at its fullest shape
  2. Be barefoot or put on socks that you plan to wear with the new shoes
  3. Stand on a hard surface

  2. stand straight with your weight equally distributed on both legs
  3. trace both feet because it’s normal for one to be longer than the other

Tips:

  1. measure the distance between two most prominent points (from back of the heel to the end of the longest toe)
  2. write down the numbers you get
  3. use measurements of the longer foot

How much does shipping cost?

We don’t have shipping costs. Our delivery is free.

What's the delivery time?

Our delivery takes 2-3 weeks on average. It may happen that there are delays due to holidays.

How can i track my order?

The tracking code of your order will be emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped. You will then be able to track the order via a link. You will usually receive the email with the tracking code after about 7-12 business days after placing order.

Does someone have to be home when the package arrives?

Yes. The shipping courier requires a signature upon delivery.However, you will usually receive an SMS from the courier before delivery. Through the SMS you can set that the package can be deposited at the front door without a signature.If the courier cannot deliver the package, they will try to contact you to arrange a new delivery date. If you do not contact them, they will destroy the package after a certain time because no one has contacted them. Deluxerep does not cover these costs. A refund cannot be requested for this situation.

Are orders with multiple prdoucts shipped separately?

There is a maximum of 2 shoes per package delivered together. If you order 3 shoes, for example, 2 packages will be delivered

Are there any customs charges?

99% of the time there are no customs charges. But it can happen. Deluxerep does not cover these costs. These costs must be paid by the customer.

Return / Exchange / Cancellation

Is it possible to return the prodcuts?

All orders are considered final. Only the damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items are eligible for the return. Return is unacceptable for a simple change of mind.Please note that there will be slight differences in the colors of pictures versus the original due to the lighting and different screen features.

Is an exchange possible?

Deluxerep does not exchange goods. You need to create a new order.

 
Can i cancell my order?

Deluxerep accepts order cancellation before items are shipped or produced. Please contact us maximum 1 day after the order to cancel the order. Anyway, we will refuse your request if the items are already shipped out.
